Hi,
has anyone a tip how to add a second TimeWorked field to the RT3 gui and DB?
We need to seperate between the amount of time that is suitable for
calculation and the remainding time (both sep. summed).
Should i copy Ticket(_Overlay).pm to /local/lib/RT and modify?
Any suggestions?
