Now, although I can easily get around this in .procmailrc before invoking
RT, I’m wondering whether anyone has strong feelings one way or the other
for the following:
rt-mailgate to create a ticket when invoked with --action comment,
and no ticketid is present.
Currently, rt-mailgate will not create a ticket when the above conditions
are true.
