BCC creates ticket

Hello,

It is reported to me that when You send a new ticket to a queue with other
queue-names as BCC-receipients, a new ticket was created in the bcc
queues.

Is that correct? Not sure if I got it right, since I haven’t tested it,
but RT should normally not create a ticket when it receive BCC-mails?

Yes, that is correct behavior. More restrictive rights would help you
lock it down.
