In my installation, RT sends an auto reply to requestors (scrip
"OnCreate AutoreplyToRequestors Autoreply"). Works like a charm.
But, sometimes one of our own staff raises an issue. And he gets an auto
reply also. Quite logical, but also not needed, because he knows the
drill (after all, he is staff). Is it possible to prevent AutoReply’s
being sent to Watchers (or AdminCCs) on the queue?
