I am sure this has come up and been dealt with before, but, I can’t seem to find a solution anywhere.
We authenticate our RT users via ldap, and one of the things it picks up is the users phone number. I would like to include that information in the new ticket screen - IE, have a field that defaults to their phone number that they can overwrite.
I have a CF (currently empty) on the screen for phone number. The question, of course, is how do I populate it with the info from ldap, much like the requesters email address is populated?
