Autocreated users without email

Hello,

Users are autocreated when they are added as watchers/cc or they send an email to a queue address which creates a ticket. But, for I don’t now what reason, there is no email configured for them, only “Nam” field which contains the email
I’m trying to figure out how I can make it fill in “EmailAddress” field too but without any luck.
