Autocreate ticket and include ppl on the CC list

Hello all,

I just want to be sure that I’m doing this correctly with RT scrip. Basically, I want RT to also reply to people on the CC list of the ticket that has been created by the requestor.

Using 3.0.11 with plans to upgrade to 3.0.12 this weekend.

On Create

Notify Requestor and CC’s

Transaction Create

Global Template: Autoreply

The above setting should add the people on the CC list and email them of the ticket number being generated right?
