Hi everyone,
I would like to knwon where (I’m not very good in scrip) I can find a
example of a scrip to allow me to automatically set a ticket queue
according to the value of a custom field.
The purpose is to allow the requestor to create a ticket with some customs
fields and to put this ticket in a specific queue depending of the value of
one custom field
