For some reason, other users (besides me) who are sending email requests into
RT are not being emailed with auto-confirmations, nor any update email. Here
are some of the settings …
Allow non-members to create request is ON
Send email notification of each transaction ON
Send email notifications of each transaction (except comment) ON
Send an autoreply on request creation ON
Am I missing something?
I am receiving all the email, but no one else is.
