Auto-Generated email not being squelched

I was reading through the code, and noticed that emails with ‘Precedence:
Bulk’ in the headers were supposed to have the ‘RT-Squelch-Replies-To:
’ header added. rt-mailgate is doing this, but replies (the
AutoReply to Recipients, in this case) are still going out. I looked in the
lib/RT/Action/SendEmail.pm, but everything looks okay to me. Any ideas on
why this could be failing in my setup?

I’ve continued reading in lib/RT/Action/SendEmail.pm as well as
lib/RT/Action/Autoreply.pm, but all the code seems okay to me.
Does anybody have any idea why the RT-Squelch-Replies-To header would be added
but not honored in these files?

I found the bug in SendEmail.pm. I’m sending the patch to rt-devel for rt
2.0.14 (I’m using 2.0.13, but the patch is a trivial one-liner). The title
of the email will be ‘SendEmail.pm Blacklist Bug’.
