Auto-assign on initial reply/comment?

As someone comments or replies to a ticket through the WebUI, I want them to
automatically become the owner.

I did this once before but in my last rt upgrade I think I overwrote
whatever mods I had to make for that and can’t find it.

Anyone have details on that?

You want Bruce Campbell’s AutoTake.

Sorry - Outlook Express issues.

The readme has:

Caveats - the WebUI puts in a SetOwner, meaning that you will see a quick
series of ‘RT_System gives ticket to Joe’, then ‘Joe gives ticket to
Nobody’, with the final Owner undefined, but predominately Nobody. The
current way of fixing this would be to patch
WebRT/html/Ticket/Elements/EditPeople to default to the current user if it
is currently Nobody. Ughity.

I recall making some sort of change but is EditPeople the right place? What
are the actual changes?
