Attachments and RT

Dear All,

Before choosing RT as a help desk tool, I would like to know if mails with
attachments are stored by the tool ? And if attachments size is limited.

“Yes,” and “it’s configurable.” I think RT does quite well with
attachments – I’ve had a few hiccups but nothing serious. For long
attachments, there are three config variables: $MaxAttachmentSize,
$TruncateLongAttachments, and $DropLongAttachments. Their purpose is
probably self-evident.
