I’m trying to solve the problem of inserting article attachments into tickets when replying. But attachments in the reply to a ticket are converted to plain text. I have custom fields in the articles themselves, for multiple image/file additions. I’ve searched the whole forum, but haven’t found a solution… I won’t say that I haven’t found it.
