Attaching to custom filed via REST Interface

Hi,

anyone knows if there’s a way how to upload file (e.g. .zip or .csv)
to a ticket custom field (Type:Upload multiple files) via REST interface?

Hi,

I would like to make some CustomFields to appear on the UI only when certain statuses are selected.

Does anyone can advise how to do that?
