Attaching files to tickets in RT 2.0.9

We’re running RT 2.0.9 and when I attach a file to a ticket, it attachs
the file with the path form my local hard drive. The person who views the
ticket does not have access to my hard drive, therefore they can not view
the attachment. How can I fix this?

They shouldn’t need access to your local harddrive. RT keeps a copy of
the file in the database (atleast I think it does). We use file
attachments here, and although the path is included, the files are still
accessable.

We’re doing this on 2.0.11, but also did with 2.0.9.
