Assign Ownership on Comment by Admin

haven’t used RT in many years and I’m trying to customize an install for my needs. Out of the box everything is working fine.

I know this can be done… but looking for a little more guidance on the best way to configure it.
On “queue-comment” email to a “new” ticket by a member of a “group”, assign the owner to the member of the group.

I was poking around scripts and custom actions and … I can see how this would be the route, but the documentation I found on the wiki seems to be a bit lacking.

Help much appreciated.
