Hello, I am using REST to integrate Request Tracker (RT) with another system.
I was wondering if there is a REST interface for the “Asset” extension of
RT.
Alternatively, I am considering writing directly to the Asset and Catalog
tables of the database. Do you believe this could cause any problems?
