Archive ticket with all related information

Dear all,

Due to disk issues, is there any possible solution to archive tickets and all their related information (attachments, transactions, etc.) from the RT5 database by year.

Yeah you can shred the tickets and get the SQL output. You could always run an archive RT instance that then injects the shredded content

You may find interesting rt-externalize-attachments, so that you may store most content outside the database (local disk, on another server, on the cloud…) without needing to actually delete the ticket information.
