Approving responses

Hi All:

We are running RT 3.4.5 and would like to setup an approval system.

Instead of approving ticket creation, though, we’d like to approve
responses. That is, each time a user in the “untrusted” group
responds to a ticket, the response should get approved by someone in
the “trusted” group before the response is sent to the person who
submitted the ticket.

Is it possible to set this up using scrips? If so, any pointers on
where to start?

Hmm…off the top of my head, I’m thinking that you could utilize a
combination of scrips AND custom fields in the tickets for the queues.
For instance, a field called: Reply approved

Just an initial thought.
