Approvals flow not working as expected


I’m trying to set the approval to work with several users within a group.

I’m using RT 4.2.
I’ve followed the documentation:

And set the group with the template and AdminCCGroup.

Somehow I can only see the approval requests only with the root username,
while the other user in the group does not see any tickets pending approval.

Any idea what am I missing ?
