Appointments and Request Tracker


I posted this question to the rt-users list, but maybe it was the wrong

RT 3.4

I was wondering if it is possible to implement workflow to book
appointments in Request Tracker. The available appointment times are to
be set up in advance. The appointments are normally booked by our front
line staff. If this is not possible to do in Request Tracker, how are
others handling booking appointments?
