App-wsgetmail usage with shared O365 mailboxes

Hi, there is a thread in the RT Users forum about using the new app-wsgetmail tool to fetch email from O365.
For what I can see, this new tool does not provide a way to select a shared mailbox from where to fetch mail.
This functionality is critical for us, so I would like to ask if it is possible to implement it.

Any news? We have the same problem.

In order to get it working i have to transform my shared mailbox (y only use 2 with a lot of aliases) to normal mailbox, assign a password and a license…

Hello,

For O365, I’m still using fetchmail. But the following login works for fetching mail from a shared account:

“<login>@outlook.com\\<shared_mb_mail>@outlook.com”
