Apache using 100% CPU for command rt-server.fcgi

Hi All,

I am using RT 4.4 on Ubuntu 14.04.05 LT with 50GB HDD and 8 GB RAM.

Whenever we start the Helpdesk application the Apache consumes almost 90% of the CPU and memory and slows down the application.

Also, the memory though allotted 8GB, it shows only 1007MB free

Can anyone guide me how to fix this.
