Apache hanging on RT 3.6

I have RT 3.6 installed on a Debian Lenny system. After logging in to
RT, I get the following in my syslog:

I think I’ve followed all the installation instructions. I installed the
package that’s in the Debian repository.

Any ideas?

Following on from below, the database I’m using was created with RT
3.0.12. Some investigations shows the table ‘Attributes’ does not exist.
I’ve seen some info about upgrading the database. Will this stop it
working from an RT 3.0.12 system?

Regards,
Tony.
