Apache Error

I am using mod_perl 1.99 (which I was told was mod_perl2). I have run
test dependencies and everything is fine. I put the following in
httpd.conf :

ServerName sc-rt DocumentRoot /opt/rt3/share/html AddDefaultCharset UTF-8
    #PerlModule Apache2 Apache::compat
    #PerlModule Apache::DBI
    PerlRequire /opt/rt3/bin/webmux.pl
SetHandler perl-script PerlHandler RT::Mason

I try to start httpd and I get the following error :

Starting httpd: [Wed Jan 14 12:03:45 2004] [error] Can’t locate loadable
object

If someone could help that would be great.

Why are these commented out?

    PerlRequire /opt/rt3/bin/webmux.pl
SetHandler perl-script PerlHandler RT::Mason

Sounds like it could be the problem I posted about here:

Max.

Hi,

I installed RT this week for the first time, and now I am experiencing some
problems. I can login, but while using the interface, I occasionally get an
error, I refresh the page and it works, but now I cant create a ticket.

The error is this:

Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable
to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, root@localhost and inform them of
the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have
caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Apache/2.0.49 (Fedora) Server at 192.168.0.175 Port 80

Any ideas as to where I should start looking?

Hi Shawn–

have you looked at the apache error log and RT’s log?
