Hi,
since we use Outlook Mailclients (MS365 Web and Local Install) we sometimes have strange Garbage data in the mailbody, when answering to a mail from request tracker. We use RT 5.0.1 on a Debian Linux Server.
The error shows up after the third or fourth answer to a ticket from an outlook client. Here is an example of the text:
What can I do, to get rid of this problem?
Before Outlook we used IBM Notes and never had such problems…
