An internal RT error has occurred when I add an ip to message

Hi All,

I had faced an issue with RT v4.4.4 that when I write an IP within the message body. the message doesn’t appear and tell me that there is An internal RT error has occurred.

This is happen when I create and new ticket or reply on a ticket.
Ex:

if I reply on a ticket with a message like this

" your firewall public IP is 1.1.1.1 "

the error will occur as below screenshot

but if I remove the IP number from message no error occur.

Any help to solve this issue

What does it say in the log files?
