Allow the requestor do change status only

Hi all,

It’s possible to allow the requestor to change the ticket’s status and
deny others changes?

On my workflow, only the requestor can change the ticket’s status to
resolved, but i must deny other changes.

The ModifyTicket permission allow to change subject, status, time
worked, priority, etc…
