Allow a user to see all comments and replies in a ticket

Hi,

Is it possible to allow a specific user access to see all comments and
replies within a ticket without giving special privileges for the
entire queue? The alternative is to copy/paste or print the page to
pdf and send to the user.

Would it be feasible to add a ‘time worked’ charting method?
