Allign custom fields in ticket creation

I installed RT 4.2.3 and made a custom field for ticket creation.
The custom field works and is visible but it is aligned on the left and the other standard fields (queue, requestor etc…) are aligned in the middle.
How can I align the custom field the same as the other fields ?

I have the same problem.

I’d say you’d need to give more information before anyone understands what your referring to. E.g. I’m running RT 4.4.* right now and can’t imagine a place where the alignment would be inconsistent.


  • What version of RT?
  • Which type of custom field?
  • In which view is the alignment not correct? (basic view, ticket overview, comment / create ticket view, etc.)
  • Screenshots?
  • Which theme do you use?
