All article not listing in drop down list while replying to a ticket

Hi,

I enabled the following option while creating new class “All Articles in this class should be listed in a drop down of the ticket reply page”, but the article under this class not listing while replying to ticket. Only those article are listing which is in general class.

Please help.

I resolved this issue by using link “applies to” in modify class page. I was stuck on this issue since yesterday.
