When I login to my new install of RT (v4.4.2) I get a URL of http://MyRequestTracker.com/HASH(0xade06f0) which displays ‘Page Not Found’. I can click the home button and get to the dashboard but why can’t I simply get the dashboard at login?
Edit: So I copied a little too much from the old server (v4.0.10) to the new one where the Authen-ExternalAuth is now apart of the core install. I completely edited out the plugin from the from the RTConfig file. Now I get a new error “An internal RT error has occurred. Your administrator can find more details in RT’s log files.”
Edit 2: I found the problem which is described here. This resolved my issue.
