I would like to have a additional Column in Tickets which should be possible
to be filled out by the owner of Ticket.
This field should be usable for further database queries.
Exactly I want to include a number or string to describe for what Operating
System (W2000, Linux …) the Request belongs.
The best thing would be a chooser or switch button
Are there any templates or possibilietes to make this simply?
