Adding News section to RT main ticket page

Hi
I was asked to make a News section on the main RT page for my company.

This would have an overview of things going on, in addition to the current
tickets.

I’m thinking i could create an article

https://rt-wiki.bestpractical.com/wiki/Articles

And include the article in this section…if that is correct, how could I
include that?
