Adding descriptions to Custom field inputs

Hi,

I’m currently adding a number of custom fields to various queues and would like to have the description of the field appear on the create ticket form rather than the “enter one value” label. Is there a known way of doing this?
The enter one value label is not helpful or descriptive.
