Add custom field attachment to correspondence

Hi everyone,

I am using RT 3.6.3 on Debian 4.0.

I created a custom field to upload a file.
Now I need this file to be sent as attachment when resolving the ticket.
How can I achieve this?
The special header ‘RT-Attach-Message: Yes’ doesn’t do the trick.
