Add columns (Queue List)

Hi,

I have “Queue List” which displays 3 columns: New, Open,Stalled.
I would like to add “Resolved” in this.

Is it possible to modify? If anyone could guide me to the proper direction, it would be appreciated.

I think you’d probably have to make a local overlay copy of html/Elements/QueueSummaryByLifecycle and./or html/Elements/QueueSummaryByStatus as both of find statuses that are “initial” and “active”, where as the resolved status is usually “inactive”.

I upgraded from 3.8.8 to 4.4.4.
Not possible to edit the “Queue list” and and the “resolved” tickets?

You will have to edit the files that Green Jim mentioned above, since Queue List is a portlet and not just a saved search.
