Hello,
I would like to attach bounce messages to tickets as comments to know whether a correspondence has been received by the requestors or any other people involved in the ticket.
I found in the Wiki RtBounceHandler, a program written by @vivek_khera1 that scans an incoming message for common bounce indications and tries to guess what could be the reason and the ticket number associated with the original message. However, the program is quite old and seems not to be already available (http://labs.mailermailer.com/files/rtbouncehandler.bz2).
Do you know how to add bounce messages as comments to tickets?
