AD/NT Domains

Can I pull users from an NT/AD Domain for use with Request Tracker? Is there

You can write something that will do it. Either as needed, or in
bulk. Check the mailing list archives, paying special attention to
things about ldap.

I authenticate RT off of an NT domain. Check out Apache::AuthenSmb.
You’ll still be using RT’s external auth option, so you just need to
