Active link on long url in correspondance

Hello,

I don’t know how to solve this problem when we add a long url in a correspondance sent from Web RT (4.4.2) :

  • using a template in text format, the mail will contain the long url split in 2 or more lines, and only the first line is an active link, so of no use,

and

  • using a template in html format, the mail will contain the long url on 1 line, great except that our users reading their mails under Thunderbird get no active link at all.

Any idea on how we could get the link to be active on the whole long url, either it is split in many lines or not ?
