Action List

What is the Actiopn NotifyOtherRecipients in the
Action List. Can I specify a group of people.
I want to send an email on events to all owners of the
queue, Is there a way to do that. Can I specify custom
list

By owner of the queue I meant persons who can own
tickets in that queue.
I got a way out I add them as admincc and create a
