Access via mail

Good afternoon!
Problem with RTIR. When I clean from httpd.conf a line of
basic-authorisation I can not come through browser on RTIR. Letters
which are sent RTIR do not pass with an error:
5C2202E08F7 1597 Mon Sep 15 19:03:00 sda@xxx.ru
(temporary failure. Command output: An Error Occurred
================= 403 Forbidden) rt@rt.xxx.ru

And when i add the line of basic-authorisation, I can enter via
browses, but the letters did not sending via my mail server with error:

5C2202E08F7 1597 Mon Sep 15 19:03:00 sda@xxx.ru
(temporary failure. Command output: An Error Occurred
================= 401 Authorization Required) rt@rt.xxx.ru

How to solve this problem? Thanks!

Allow, Deny derectives are messed in http.conf

You have to grant access from host with rt-mailgate script to
“/REST/1.0/NoAuth/mail-gateway” location without auth.
