I have installed Request Tracker version 1.0.1.
I have setup some queues…
Owner
NO CHECKED Send email notification of each transaction
Queue members
NO CHECKED Send email notification of each transaction
NO CHECKED Send copies of all correspondence
NO CHECKED Send copies of all comments
Requestors
NO CHECKED Send email notifications of each transaction (except comment)
CHECKED Send an autoreply on request creation
With this configuration i do this , in brackets the number of message in this proccess…
CLIENT send a question to RT ( message number 1)
CLIENT receives an autoreply because the creation (correct
RT user TAKE the Ticket
RT user REPLY the ticket ( 2 )
CLIENT reply again the ticket ( 3 )
RT user REPLY the ticket resolving it with the selection of the reply form page… ( 4 )
The ticket is resolved in RT database…
The user receive the message 3 !!!
That is the mistake !!
I thought the client would must receive a “Ticket resolved” and the REPLY (4)
But he does not receive nor 4 message neither a “ticket resolved” one…
The instalation was simple… i mean, a simple instalation of 1.0.1 with no special things
