While tracking down an issue for one of our RT installs, I found that some database upgrades did not complete. The following appears on the Configuration page:
Upgrade from 5.0.2 to 5.0.4 (Incomplete) Fri May 05 08:11:07 2023 5.0.4
Upgrade from 5.0.2 to 5.0.3 Fri May 05 08:11:07 2023 0 seconds 5.0.4
Index updates from /home/rt-admin/rt-5.0.4/etc/upgrade/5.0.3 Fri May 05 08:11:07 2023 0 seconds 5.0.4
Upgrade from 5.0.3 to 5.0.4 (Incomplete) Fri May 05 08:11:07 2023 5.0.4
Schema updates from /home/rt-admin/rt-5.0.4/etc/upgrade/5.0.4 (Incomplete) Fri May 05 08:11:07 2023 5.0.4
When I ran the upgrade from the command line, I didn’t see any failures. What can I do to make sure the upgrade is completed and the scheme 100% correct?
