XML interworking with RT system


We are using RT for our internal support teams. We start studying a
‘synchronous’ interconnection of RT with a third party Ticketing
Do you know of any case involving the communication between third party
systems and RT by sending XML documents via HTTPS POST transactions -
the XML format is configurable although we obviously have a minimum set
of standard data that must be passed. Typically this is caller info,
incident description, status, impact and CI information.
