… it seems useful, and would be nice to add that right in
RT:
:SetOwner() so that some users are allowed to assign tickets
to others. I’ll be happy to write a patch for this if it’d be a
desirable thing.

p.s. does anything validate that the value of $Type actually matches
what the logic asserts are “Take” and “Steal” operations?
