Well, I’ve the following problem:
Every request that I’ve to forward to another department (they don’t use RT) I just put their email in CC (ticket watchers) and send it.
But this isn’t the beste way.
I’ve tried to use comment instead reply, but who receive comments?
So, what’s the best way to forward a request?
