Web Submitted Tickets have lots of HTML garbage

I’m not sure what the issue is here, but when someone submits a ticket
via the web interface the RT queue shows a lot of HTML looking data in
the History area. It looks like it is an attempt to display a link for
viewing the ticket, but it doesn’t quite work out right.

I’m running RT 3.2.2 on RHEL3U3, Apache 2.0.52 w/mod_perl 2, PERL 5.8.6.

You’ve also installed RTIR. And it looks like a version that doesn’t
work right with RT 3.2
Incidentally, what are Kana using RT for?
