Web Disply Error

I ran rt-test-dependencies and they all say “Found”. However, this is what
displays on my screen:

Has anyone seen this or have any ideas what I can look for? Anything would
help, thanks in advance.

I’m still trying to get some help on this. I’ve searched Google and the
entire 4 year [RT-USERS] email archive and have found nothing. My apache
config that Ruslan mentioned may have a problem is this :

ServerName www.myserver.com
    DocumentRoot /opt/rt3/share/html
    AddDefaultCharset UTF-8

    <IfModule mod_fastcgi.c>
            AddHandler fastcgi-script fcgi
            FastCgiIpcDir /tmp/rt-fcgi
            FastCgiServer /usr/bin/mason_handler.fcgi -idle-timeout 3600

            ScriptAlias / /usr/bin/mason_handler.fcgi/
    </IfModule>

    CustomLog /var/log/httpd/rt_access_log combined
    ErrorLog /var/log/httpd/rt_error_log

If anyone has any hints of info I would -greatly- appreciate it. I’ve been
stuck here for almost a weeks now. Thank in advance.From: rt-users-bounces@lists.bestpractical.com

    <IfModule mod_fastcgi.c>

What version of mod_fastcgi are you using? If you are using 2.4.2,
some of this block may need to be moved outside the
block.

You may want to add
Alias /NoAuth/images /opt/rt3/share/html/NoAuth/images

outside the but inside the to speed serving
of images.

If anyone has any hints of info I would -greatly- appreciate it.

That looks essentially equivalent to my FastCGI configuration.

I’m using 2.4.0 of mod_fastcgi. All of my modules I downloaded by hand to
make sure it was the most updated.From: rt-users-bounces@lists.bestpractical.com
