Way to generate a new email

hello list

I have RT 3.0.12 installed on a machine here. My co-workers and myself
were wondering if there was a way to get RT to send an email to someone
that does not have a ticket in the database for them.

Basically just using it as an email client.

Is this possible??? If so, how would one go about doing that.

Just create a new ticket, and change the requestor before
Clicking on create.

If your queue scrips are setup to send the contents of the
ticket, then you should be right to go.
